KUMASI, GHANA — The Board of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) has appointed Mr. George Fuseini, Esq. as the hospital’s Director of Administration, effective 1st September 2026.
The appointment places Mr. Fuseini in a key leadership position at one of Ghana’s foremost teaching and referral hospitals. As Director of Administration, he will play an important role in supporting the hospital’s administrative operations and working with management to advance effective service delivery.
Mr. Fuseini is also an Ɔkatakyie of Opoku Ware School, school number AS40, making the appointment a proud moment for his fellow Akatakyie and the wider Opoku Ware School fraternity.

Leadership in a major teaching hospital requires professionalism, discipline, teamwork and a strong commitment to public service. Mr. Fuseini’s appointment therefore comes with significant responsibility as KATH continues its mission of providing specialist healthcare while supporting medical education and research.
