As Head of Radiology at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), she has played a significant role in advancing diagnostic medicine through visionary leadership, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to quality patient care.
Beyond her clinical responsibilities, she serves as a Consultant Radiologist, sharing her expertise to improve patient outcomes and mentor the next generation of medical professionals. Her passion for teaching is evident in her role as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Medicine, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where she continues to shape future doctors and radiologists.
Her commitment to healthcare innovation extends into the private sector as the Chief Executive Officer of Quitt Healthcare Diagnostic Services, where she continues to champion quality diagnostic services and excellence in medical practice.
For me personally, Dr. Augustina Badu-Peprah was more than a departmental head. During my time as the Directorate Accountant at the Diagnostic Directorate of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, I had the privilege of working under her leadership. I witnessed firsthand her professionalism, humility, and unwavering commitment to excellence. She inspired confidence, encouraged teamwork, and led by example.
